Stefania joined the ALFA team to discuss and promote Vive’s “Don’t Bottle It Up” event - an event meant to destigmatize the notions that revolve around mental health. In this episode, the team, facilitated by Stefania, conduct their own simulation of DBIU and dive deep into their own mental health journeys. </p>
