This is a three episode podcast series about caregiving.

For the last decade, I have been a caregiver to someone I love who lives with bipolar disorder and schizoaffective disorder.

Caregiving is often talked about in very simple language.

But living it is not simple.

So the first few episodes of this podcast are going to widen the frame around caregiving itself.

The first episode is about the caregiver.

What caregiving actually looks like from inside that role.

The second episode will explore the other side of the relationship.

What it feels like to live with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia from the inside of that experience.

And the third episode will bring both voices together.

A caregiver and the person being cared for talking honestly about what caregiving looks like inside a real relationship.

Because caregiving is not a one-person story.

It is a relationship story.

And relationships are where complexity lives.
