Maybe It’s Menopause Mayhem is a candid podcast about navigating the wild, confusing, and often hilarious realities of menopause. Through laughter and tears, this is my attempt to bring some meaning to the mayhem that is menopause—one honest conversation at a time. From mood swings and midnight sweats to unwelcome facial hair and scaly skin, I’ll be unpacking the mess, sharing my story, and reminding anyone who happens to have a listen that we are not alone on this journey! So come for the laughs, and leave (hopefully) feeling a little less alone if you’re on the journey - or a little bit more prepared if you’re not quite there!
