Independent pharmacies are the last line of defense between patients and a pharmacy system that is quickly becoming a monopoly. The Independent Pharmacy Alliance Podcast will explore why Americans pay the highest drug prices in the world, highlight the life-saving services independent pharmacies provide, and how Pharmacy Benefit Managers utilize anti-competitive business practices to increase drug prices. In each episode, we‘ll talk to a pharmacist or front-line worker fighting for patients in this competitive industry.
