Many people believe resting means doing nothing.

Biblical rest is different.

Rest is trusting Christ instead of carrying burdens He never asked us to carry.

The enemy keeps believers exhausted because exhausted believers struggle to hear God's voice clearly.

Jesus invites us into a lifestyle of rest.

If we are teachable, we will learn to rest.

If we learn to rest, we become more reachable by God.

Resetting for the Kingdom of God – Part 2!

God is calling His people to: ✨ Realignment ✨ Restoration ✨ Healing ✨ Obedience ✨ Kingdom Purpose

This is not just another event. It is a divine opportunity to pause, listen, and allow God to reset your heart for what He has prepared.

📖 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding." — Proverbs 3:5

To understand that Jesus Christ is our greatest Teacher and that a teachable heart allows God to develop us into faithful stewards of every gift, opportunity, and assignment He has entrusted to us.

"I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing."

Faithful stewardship begins and ends with Jesus Christ. We cannot properly manage our gifts, time, family, business, ministry, finances, or purpose apart from Him. When Jesus remains at the center, our stewardship becomes fruitful and pleasing to God.

Heavenly Father, I come before You with a humble and teachable heart. Thank You for every gift, opportunity, resource, relationship, and assignment You have entrusted to me. Forgive me for the times I have mismanaged what You placed in my hands. Teach me Your ways and help me become a faithful steward in every area of my life. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Many people desire God's blessings, favor, promotion, and increase. However, before God entrusts us with more, He first teaches us how to steward what we already have.

Faithful stewardship begins with a teachable heart.

A person who cannot be taught cannot be trusted with greater responsibility. God is always teaching, correcting, shaping, and preparing His people for Kingdom assignments.

The question is not whether God is speaking.

The question is:

"Am I teachable enough to listen and obey?"

To understand that God can only deeply transform a heart that is willing to be taught, corrected, and led by Him. A teachable heart becomes reachable by God, and a reachable believer becomes effective in reaching others for Jesus Christ.

What is the value of knowing the Word of GOD if we refuse to obey it?

Many believers spend years hearing sermons, attending conferences, reading books, and quoting scripture.

Yet knowledge without obedience produces spiritual deception.

The Kingdom of GOD is not built upon what we know.

The Kingdom is built upon what we obey.

• Breaking false altars
• Tearing down strongholds
• Pure worship versus performance Christianity
• Walking in the fear of the LORD

Now we arrive at a very important truth:

Obedience is the evidence of surrender.

Many people hear sermons. Many people read scripture. Many people attend Bible studies.

But hearing alone does not produce transformation.

Transformation comes when we obey what GOD says.

The blessing is not merely in hearing the Word.

The blessing is in doing the Word.

This week we move into a deeper question:

After the altars are torn down, what replaces them?

The answer is:

True worship.

Many people attend church regularly, know scripture, sing worship songs, and participate in ministry activities.

However, there is a difference between:

• Worship and performance
• Relationship and religion
• Intimacy and routine
• Following JESUS and merely appearing spiritual

GOD is looking for true worshippers.

"But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth." — John 4:23

This week we will focus on:

• Generational altars
• Spiritual strongholds
• Breaking unhealthy cycles
• Rebuilding GOD's altar
• Walking in freedom through CHRIST

Many believers love JESUS but still struggle with repeated cycles...

King Manasseh is an example of what happens when someone who knows about GOD begins to embrace compromise and false worship.

This lesson is not about condemning people. It is about self-examination and returning fully to JESUS CHRIST.

King Manasseh ruled Judah, yet he built altars to false gods, practiced witchcraft, followed pagan customs, and led people away from the true worship of God. Though he had access to the truth, he allowed compromise, rebellion, and idolatry to enter the land. Today many people still build spiritual “altars” in their hearts — placing money, pride, control, relationships, secret sins, witchcraft, self-worship, horoscopes, social status, or ungodly practices above GOD. James 1 warns us that a double-minded person is unstable in all their ways, tossed like waves of the sea.

Many people today want the benefits of GOD without surrendering fully to Him. Some want the title, platform, influence, money, or recognition, but not the daily relationship, obedience, and dependence upon the LORD.

King Jehoram is an example of someone who had authority but lacked spiritual submission. He ruled as king, but his heart was not anchored in GOD.

Jehoram walked:

• independent from GOD,
• influenced by ungodly systems,
• led by compromise,
• and disconnected from righteousness.

This lesson is not only about a king in the Old Testament. It is a warning and reflection for us today.

We must ask ourselves:

• Are we truly following JESUS?
• Or are we trying to put a “Jesus label” on flesh-led decisions?
• Are we depending on GOD daily?
• Or are we living independently while still claiming Christianity?

A person can look successful outwardly and still be spiritually disconnected inwardly.
